Things we work with you on
The lull that turns into a rut that turns into the inability to start that turns into low mood that then turn into unhealthy, unhelpful and untrue thoughts. We equip you with strategies to challenge even the most stuck beliefs you have about yourself and show you its never about the feeling, its always about the doing, and you don't need to feel motivated in order to start.
Stress feeds anger. Anger feeds stress. Both come from a lack of understanding how to cope when life becomes overwhelming and can reach a point of becoming uncontrollable. We put you back in the drivers seat giving you accessible and realistic coping strategies you will actually want to use.
For when you failed at giving up. Addiction is a psychological and physical inability to stop consuming a chemical, drug, activity, or substance, even though it is causing psychological and physical harm. We get to the crux of the addiction and get you believing in your ability to change while equipping you with a process to finally STOP.
You feel disconnected, dissociated and distant to even yourself, struggling to recognise who you are and how how you got here. We are experts in getting you back to feeling like you again. Purposeful, posed and on point to tackle life's lulls and dulls.
