My Approach
Drawing from a number of evidence based psychotherapies such as CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, MBCT (mindfulness based cognitive therapy) and ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy) I pair these with psycho-somatic approaches and hypnotherapy for complete 180 of your mental well-being.
